PNCR Leader’s visit to China, strengthening party ties

Robert Corbin, Leader of the People’s National Congress Reform (PNCR) and Leader of the Parliamentary Opposition, visited the People’s Republic of China from June 11–17, 2005.

The visit, organized by the International Department of the Communist Party of China (CPC), included meetings with senior officials such as Mr. Cai Wu, Vice-Minister of the CPC International Department, and other key figures.

Discussions covered regional and international matters of mutual interest, reaffirming the PNCR’s “One China” policy and exploring opportunities for deeper party-to-party ties. The delegation also toured significant sites, including the Shanghai Stock Exchange​
